University Student Housing

Students attending the University of Houston-Victoria have an opportunity to live in student housing while they
complete their college coursework. Student housing options include Jaguar Hall, Jaguar Court and Jaguar Suites.
Jaguar Hall
2705 Houston Hwy.

The University of Houston-Victoria (UHV) recognizes the
importance of student engagement and a sense of community to the
ultimate academic success of college freshmen. Thus, UHV requires
new freshmen to reside in Jaguar Hall. Jaguar Hall is located just a
short distance from the UHV campus. Student residents enjoy such
amenities as a computer center, study lounges, social recreation lounge,
tutoring center, and much more. Jaguar Hall also offers fully furnished
units, individual liability agreements, and cable and internet are
included.
Jaguar Court
2605 Houston Hwy.

Students enjoy Jaguar Court’s convenient location and
unmatched amenities—everything they want and need in
one place makes Jaguar Court the best in college living!
Jaguar Court is located near the UHV campus. Residents
also enjoy amenities such as a computer center, study
lounges, social recreation lounge, tutoring center, and
much more. Jaguar Court offers fully furnished student
units, individual liability leases, and cable and internet are
included. A professional on-site staff is dedicated to serving
students’ needs and arranging both social and educational
activities to ensure students enjoy their college experience.
Jaguar Suites
2703 Houston Hwy.

Jaguar Suites, UHV’s new suite-style residence hall, opened for occupancy in the
Fall 2013. The residence hall features 54 units, all with four private 9’ x 12’ bedrooms,
a shared living space and kitchenette, and two bathrooms. Furniture is provided, as are
televisions, microwaves, and refrigerators. The building features a multi-purpose room,
computer labs, small group study rooms on each floor, a large fitness room, commons
areas with TVs on each floor, and two elevators. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi,
wired internet in each bedroom, cable TV, laundry facilities on each floor, a pool, paid
utilities, and trash collection rooms on each floor.

Jaguar Suites is open to sophomores and, space permitting, to upperclassmen.
