• Minutes of City Council meetings

Code Enforcement is tasked with:
• Enforcing City ordinances relating to high grass and weeds
• Junk motor vehicles
• Sign violations
• Trash and abandoned buildings
Engineering, 700 Main Center, Ste. 201, 361.485.3340

The Engineering Department operates as an in-house engineering
consultant for the City of Victoria. Engineering is responsible for:
• Engineering consulting contracts
• Construction project administration and inspection
• Street inventory maintenance
• Engineering design
• Subdivision plan review and construction inspection
Environmental Services, 700 Main Center, Ste. 124, 361.485.3230

In an effort to keep Victoria clean, healthy and aesthetically pleasing,
Environmental Services is responsible for the following services:
• Solid waste (Garbage Collection)
• Curbside recycling. The City’s recycling program accepts plastics #1 & #2,

metals, paper and cardboard.
• Household Hazardous Waste (HHW). At Your Door Special Waste Collection

is a service contracted to Waste Management by the City of Victoria to
provide residents with a safe and easy way to dispose of hazardous waste. Call
